Qi-Chem Co., Ltd. has advanced technical strength and R&D capabilities. The company's R&D center of more than 5,000 square meters has established an organic synthesis standard laboratory, a kilogram laboratory, a high-pressure laboratory, a distillation laboratory, and an analysis and testing center. The R&D center has the conventional reaction capacity of 100ML to 50L equipment and the high-pressure reaction capacity below 100Kg/cm². It also have continuous reaction fixed bed and other advanced instruments and equipment, which can conduct various conventional and special reaction types of experimental work. 

The company has established an expert project team and introduced overseas R&D teams, leading by experts who has worked in the well-known American pharmaceutical and pesticide fields, and together with domestic experienced R&D personnel to form a strong technical R&D team of Qi-Chem. At the same time, the company has a strong cooperation with Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other institutions of higher learning, hiring top foreign experts in the fluorine chemical industry as technical consultants to jointly develop new high-performance pharmaceutical, pesticide and liquid crystal material intermediates. Provide contract customized processing and outsourcing services for global top 500 pharmaceutical and pesticide companies.

The company has 36 professional technical developers, including 4 doctors and 11 masters. The company attaches great importance to technological R&D and innovation.
