Waste Treatment

The factory build a sewage treatment workshop covering an area of 4,500 square meters, which is used to treat process wastewater, production wastewater and domestic sewage in the production workshop to avoid environmental pollution. The sewage treatment workshop is composed of two parts, treatment and biochemical treatment. The comprehensive treatment capacity is 300 tons/day.

In the process of wastewater treatment, it is strictly classified according to the composition of different process wastewaters, and pretreatment is performed mainly according to the content of COD, fluoride ion, and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater. After adsorption decolorization, sedimentation, three-effect desalination, etc., it meets the requirements of physical and chemical treatment.
